How was OD Brașov 2024?

What does justice and injustice look like? How can we have a better local community and what conversations would be useful to have? What topics don't we think about and maybe it would change something in us if we did?

On October 14, starting at 7pm, stories of justice, education and even the stories of the city echoed for two hours in the Sala Opera Brașov. We enjoyed with the audience moments of storytelling, short movies, poetry and music. Stories about children and criminals(and how categorically we can draw the line), how complicated it is to be a woman and make choices, how abandonment hurts and why we have a museum for it, how we measure success and what it means, how we still care (or not) for the environment, about human vs. bear fights were brought to the spotlight.

It also meant about 300 souls experiencing in the same time the powerful emotions and sense of safety net that the power of community creates.

At the end, we let ourselves be carried away to the chords of the Eyedrops' songs, which let all the feelings, thoughts and impulses for a more just future, together, take root.

This show would not have been possible without our friends:
