In the 15 years that Leaders for Justice has gathered behind them, the trust between members has meant that each in turn has done the same with his new colleagues and the people around him. That allowed us to build projects, initiatives and shows like People of Justice 2023; done with our heart.

In 2024, we dream of taking the People of Justice to several cities in the country. Together, in the power of community and with trust in each other.

On December 8, 2023, Dumitrița Rogojinaru opened the show People of Justice for the 500 spectators in the theater. In less than 4 minutes, the audience learns a personal story and why we chose to invest energy in a complex format about justice.

The PEOPLE OF JUSTICE 2023 storytelling show was produced by the Leaders for Justice community, formed by graduates of the only professional training program of a future generation of justice professionals.

The teenagers from the CEVA Performing Arts Educational Center brought a lot of energy to the stage of People of Justice '23.

With a play full of symbols and messages about the educational system and its effects, along with a musical cover at the end, the high school students in the band conquered the theater! "Tomorrow doesn't scare us (so much)"

Ramona Nebunu took to the stage of the People of Justice '23 with a story about how the insecurity we feel today may change into the security and self-control of tomorrow. With memories from her student days, Ramona took us with her on a path where step by step she built in each of us the confidence that the world does not end at the first worst moment of our life.

Bianca Papainopol took the stage of People of Justice '23 with a message that resonates loudly in the heart: it takes a lot of courage to be! Her story started with the child-Bianca and the challenges of the school years and ended with some simple lessons drawn on the board about what we can do to make the road, with all its ups and downs, easier for us.

We talk every day. We interact with loved ones, with strangers. But how often do we have conversations? Cătălina Nichita explained to us on stage Oomini Dreptatăii '23 the fine difference between discussion and conversation and gave us a red thread to follow so that we can have conversations with each other with intention and meaning. Healthy.

Alec Bălășescu took the stage of People of Justice '23 to tell us how and from whom he learned justice. His moment, however, also included the lesson of kindness, of respite, of emotions that we should allow ourselves in oder to build an authentic and strong self. And he convinced us: we learn from the people we meet if we know how to listen to them!

"How many times do you have to fall to feel that even dirt tastes good?". Andreea Sandu spoke to us at People of Justice '23 about how success is not measured by the time it takes us to achieve it, but rather by how much meaning we manage to put into our attempts.

And the tunnel, well, the tunnel that we may feel we are in today, turns into the light of tomorrow if we have the strength to believe in ourselves, beyond any obstacle.

Each of us can be Santa Claus - that's what Alex conveyed. And we take his word for it! In a story that went from "I was going to be accused of murder" to how a Christmas present can completely change the way a child goes through life, we learned from him that nothing is too much or too hard when you know someone in need is counting on you. And nothing is left only in theory! On stage Alex made a call, he asked for the help of the people in the theater so that this year the story of a quiet Christmas for the less fortunate families will continue.
